Amy Winehouse Cleared of Tampering Charges

Amy Winehouse was cleared of witness tampering charges in her Blake incarcerated case. She said via her rep:

"Amy is pleased to be discounted from the investigation and thanks the police for their professionalism in their dealings with her."

Now Amy needs to clear up her marijuana charge, and the smoking crack on video investigation. First though, Amy needs to go back and finish rehab. Her friends say she back on drugs, which means more trouble ahead.

Amy Winehouse also failed to turn up to court in London Friday to see her husband Blake Fielder-Civil plead not guilty to charges stemming from a pub brawl.

A source close to Winehouse says, “She’s a mess at the moment. I don’t think she’s visiting him much either.”
