Amy Winehouse Arrested for Drugs

Amy Winehouse, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil, and a third person (their drug dealer?), were arrested in Norway for marijuana possession and held overnight. The trio were arrested shortly after 6 p.m. at a hotel in Bergen in southwestern Norway, where Winehouse is on a European tour, after a tip to police. They were all released around 7 a.m. after paying $715 in fines. Prosecutor Lars Morten Lothe said:

"They were found with seven grams (about 1/4-ounce)of marijuana. She’s paid the fine, so this thing is over for us now."

You won’t see Norway on most top ten travel destinations. It’s one of those places you only read about in High Times magazine. Just remember to bring about $715 for fines, and all the pot you can smoke. Pot isn’t just for Amsterdam anymore. With all the pot Amy smokes, why doesn’t she gain any weight?
