Amy Winehouse Almost Arrested for Smoking on a Plane

Amy Winehouse is reported to have locked herself in the bathroom three times for ten minutes each time on a flight from London to Glasgow. Other passengers had to use the bathroom at the front of the plane, and were very upset. After passengers had enough a stewardess said on the intercom:

"Our famous little friend is smoking in the toilet. It’s just that the smoke alarm hasn’t gone off yet."

Extremely annoyed passengers said:

"She was lolling in her seat and looked totally out of it. She kept locking herself in the toilet. Other passengers were having to troop to the other end of the plane and were getting annoyed … It’s one rule for her and another one for us. I’d have been arrested if I was caught smoking in the toilet and rightly so … Fair enough she’s stressed out but it’s not exactly a long-haul flight."

Another passenger said when the air stewardess made her announcement Amy "was so zonked" that she didn’t know what was going on. A British Airways spokesman said cabin crew denied they had made the announcement, but there could be an internal investigation.

Police have said that no complaint has been made, despite smoking on flights being illegal. Celebrity means innocent.

Pictured above Amy had to be dragged away by handlers after he flight landed. Amy swore at a girl who asked her to pose for a photograph. Amy’s tour manager just quit this week too over claims he had heroin in his blood after standing next to Amy and Blake as they consumed it. What a mess.
