is it going to be like this everytime someone say something about our coutry or people be it as a joke or for that matter with malice?c’mon people grow up.especially the government officials that makes a big deal out of nothing……..

He is telling the truth though, when I was in the Philipines with the US Army, you would see internet Cafes full of Filipinas in chat rooms. Also go to any Yahoo or AOL chat and in about 30 seconds you will be hit up with A/S/L by a woman in the Philipines.
I know 2 shmucks I went to High school with in the US that have fallen for this and brought them over here only for them to drain ones bank acct and the other got married and then lied to the authoritys and clamied she was beaten. The courts allowed her to stay here on an exteneded visa and now shes is bringing her family over.
This is the way out in the Philipines and were considered a$$holes since we point out how the world works. They are looking for American suckers to use.
They did it for years when the Soliders would come to port….Now they have the internet.

u cant blame him for some reasons.admittedly some filipina’s reli do it bcoz of poverty so instead of focusing to a nonesense comment.maybe the gov. of the phils. try to focus of whats the real problem an make it a good country to live in..

If I joke and say, “Your daughter needs some good yellin’ and ultimate paternal insults? Call Alec Baldwin”, will that “mail to order bride” joke still be funny to Mr. Baldwin?

everyone must understand that we have different cultures and sensitivity. if his comments are not a big deal to you, to some they are… so we must respect one another… he could say just “mail order bride” without pointing out any nationality.
