Anything that decreases our dependence on foreign oil …
Comment posted Al Gore Hypocrisy Continues on Global Warming by Gerry.
Anything that decreases our dependence on foreign oil is a good thing. A lot of people are gonna have trouble heating their houses this winter because of the insane crude oil prices, They can basically price a barrell at anything they want to and we’re powerless to do anything about it.

That quote was exactly like something Cyndi Lauper would say years ago—–they have a lot in common: they’re both unapologetic and create fun music and are a little “eccentric.” I can see why Katy looks up to Cyndi. - Demi Lovato Falls Onstage in Chicago

If it weren’t for Heidi and Spencer, it would be a pretty good show. They’re superfluous, they don’t have any interaction with LC, that’s all Stephanie. If they dropped them entirely, I’d be happy.

Ok, WE need to limit our energy use so that Fat Al can enjoy his 10,000 sf house – great example to set.
This video makes me angry in that it skews the real issues. The issue isn’t whether a person takes a cab to an Al Gore event. Face it — sometimes it’s just not possible to ride your bike or take a bus. We need to think of this on average — lessening our average fossil fuel consumption. Attacking people for not ‘being perfect’ shows a critical lack of intellect. I own a car – a fuel efficient car – and drive it on occasion, usually for groceries or errands. But I ride a bike to work and around town – and end up using less than a tank of gas every month.
Finally — do you really think that Al Gore could ride his bike? He’s an ex-VP, with secret service protection.
